Post Accident Help

After an accident, if your vehicle cannot be driven, you must have it pulled away from the scene. This can be a depressing, upsetting day for many of us. We adore our vehicles. After an accident, being abruptly cut off from them can be upsetting. To help with some of your inquiries and get a better understanding of how it all works, we spoke with the company staff and tow truck drivers at A-LIST TOWING.

General Questions

NO. if you have comprehensive insurance with any insurance provider & you are not at fault you will not be charged.
YES, we are accepted by ALL insurance companies.
Your vehicle will be transferred back to our secure and fully enclosed holding facility awaiting assessment by your insured.
AT FAULT OR NOT AT FAULT :

Once you've settled from the stress of your unfortunate accident then you will have to contact your insurer or if 3rd party the AT FAULTS INSURER to let them know A-LIST TOWING towed your vehicle from the scene of the accident to our secured holding yard awaiting assessment, they then should give you Your claim number.

Then you can phone us at either number provided between 8-4 pm or email admin@alisttowing.com.au & provide your name, phone number, make, model, registration, insurance company, and claim number, NOT POLICY NUMBER.
